Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a great time staying at this hotel, enjoying both the ambiance and the dining experience. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable retreat. However, my experience was marred by the lack of access to hotel facilities on one day due to a wedding event, which was quite disappointing. While the staff was nice, the service could have been improved, especially during busy times.
My stay at this hotel was wonderful, especially for celebrating a special occasion. The atmosphere was very private, perfect for spending quality time with a loved one. The breakfast options were diverse and delicious, yet the room's difference between the Penthouse Suite and regular room wasn't significant. Despite the all-inclusive pricing being a great value, the limited number of rooms might make it hard to book during peak times.
The hotel has a unique and eclectic vibe with beautifully decorated rooms, but my experience was marred by poor management during a wedding event that restricted our access to facilities. The breakfast was delicious and the warmth of the staff during our arrival was appreciated, but the lack of communication and a satisfactory response to our grievances left me deeply disappointed.
I had high hopes for this hotel based on its unique and stylish decor, but my experience took a turn for the worse when we were completely restricted from enjoying the facilities due to a wedding event. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, which I loved, but the service left much to be desired, particularly when it came to room service. The location was great, near JR Hakata station, making it convenient for exploring. Overall, the experience was mixed with lovely rooms but very poor service and lack of access to amenities.
This hotel offers a unique experience in Fukuoka with its remarkable originality. The breakfast is excellent and served until late, and the free minibar is a fantastic perk. However, the unexpected restriction on pool access due to a wedding left a sour taste in my mouth, and the room service experience was frustrating.
